Rotary Plaza The start/finish will be at Rotary Plaza which is located between the Forum River Center, 301 Tribune Street, and the Superior Court of Floyd County at the intersection of Tribune Street and W. 4th Avenue. 9:00 am start for Half Marathon.
9:30 am start for 5K and 10K.

Participant bib and shirt must be picked up at pre-event packet pick up or on event day.

7:45 am -9:20 am - Registration and Packet Pick Up
9:00 am — Half Marathon Start
9:30 am — 10K / 5K Start

Race Day Packet Pick Up at the venue. Follow event signage to parking. Follow event signage to Pavilion to pick up packet.

ROUTE

The 10K will start/finish will be on Rotary Plaza. [10K Route] (https://ridewithgps.com/routes/46008683 "10K")

5K turnaround is marked with "i" on 10K map.

Half marathon is two times 10K plus 1K.

Aid Stations

Half Marathon - At miles: 1.2, 3.2, 6, 10.2

10K - At miles: 1.5, 3, and 4.5

5K - At miles: 1.5

Stations will be stocked with "Gu”s, water, Gatorade, and fruit.

Bathrooms/Portolets

Bathroom facilities available at the start/finish line.

After the Finish Line

Whiskey, Coffee, and Donuts Whiskey sampling will be available at Newby's. For the perfect Whiskey Pairing, we will also be serving a sweet option for the optimal pairing. After race at Newby Farm & Vinyard 411 Broad Street, Rome, Ga 30165

BENEFITTING CHARITY

Proceeds go to TRED. TRED's mission is to enhance the community's quality of life and economic development through an accessible, multi-use trail system that promotes alternative, eco-friendly, recreation and transportation opportunities.

DIRECTIONS/PARKING

On-Street Parking: There is a 3-hour per day time limit for on-street parking. This is enforced Monday-Saturday from 8am-6pm.

Off-Street Parking: Off-Street parking is available in the 3rd Ave Deck, 6th Ave Deck, and the East 1st Street Lot. Your vehicle license plate must be visible and registered by using the parking kiosk regardless of how long you plan on parking. Once parked, simply locate the parking kiosk to register your vehicle. The first hour is free, additional hours are $1/hour up to $8.

RESULTS AND AWARDS

Results will be posted here

Awards will be awarded to the top 3 participants, male and female in each age group and overall. Participant must be present on event day to receive award.

AGE GROUPS

Age Groups: 19 and under, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 & 70+ (Subject to change pending attendance)

Switching to Virtual

Virtual running is available for anyone that wants to switch. Pick up your packet on Saturday and email us your results to be posted. Please email jay@sceniccitymultisport.com to switch. Special accommodations can be made for those that can’t pick up this weekend.

IF YOU FORGET TO PICK UP YOUR AWARD

If you do not pick up your award there will be a $15 fee to have it mailed to you: Post race medal request registration.
